| Had an absolutely wonderful "Home Buying" experience with Joey! We were what you would probably call "difficult" customers for Joey. We had a tight budget and were looking for a lot of house for a little price. We ended up looking at mostly foreclosures and short sales. Joey never trailed off on his service level and proved to be very knowledgeable about the entire process. He worked around our schedule and was always available when we needed him. He worked well with our bank and anyone else that needed information on the house. He is very personable and got to be good buddies with our 2 year old daughter. I think she got to be more excited to see him than the houses! He never pushed, but didn't pull any punches when you asked for his opinion.
